APX 100 rated at 400 - oops

I screwed up and accidentally rated APX 100 at 400 instead. Shot a lot of the roll in sunny, bright weather. What developer and what times should I use to ensure the negs still look OK? Any recommendations?

PS: preferably suggest a developer I have already, don't want to buy anymore unless I absolutely have to.. I have HC-110, Diafine, Rodinal, Perceptol and FX-39.

there are some combinations for you.
hc110 for apx 100 on 100asa is 7 minutes and for 800asa is 20 minutes. you can try around 15 minutes - i think that would be just fine.
