Arca-Grip Plate for M4?

Does anyone make an arca-grip style plate for the M4? I can't find one online thus far, but I'd love to pick one up. I've seen arca plates, and I've seen a couple grip plates, but not both in one.

About a month ago there was a thread about this same subject. Short answer is, it's either a grip or a plate. No one is making a combination. I have a RRS plate for Leica film M and it works great. Hope this helps.
