archiving 120 negs.

I picked up a plaubel makina, and have been scanning the individual 6x7 negs, and archiving them in plastic pages that were designed to store sleeves of three 6x7 negs. It works, albeit a bit 'sloppy'. Was curious how you all archive your negs and slides.

I use the plastic PrintFile pages... for 6x7 negs I use the wide 120-4UB pages, which hold four strips of three negs, plenty of room for 10 exposures. Then after some notations at the top data area of the page with a Sharpie pen, they go into a 3-ring binder. You'll want to devise a rational roll numbering system, if you haven't already. A roll of color neg film I shot (or finished) today would be numbered 080927CN.

thanks doug, I use the same pages. My negs are cut individually for scanning. I've seen slide style sheets for 6x6 (to hold individual negs) and was hope ing to find similar for the 6x7, but no luck. Great idea about file numbering.
