Maybe a follow up call from Sean Reid to Phil Amato (or email from us) asking what happened to the promised "fixes"?

No matter what, I am absolutely certain that we will get action if we petition the top Japanese management. One phone call from a big boss will get everybody jumping.

hahaha you think being a product manager means being involved in the production? Sorry, no. It just means he is set with the task of selling them in the US, every Epson office around the world will have product managers.
