Argus/Avigon connection

My sickness is increasing, I just picked up my 4th Matchmatic C3. However this one came with a set of aux lenses made by Avigon. A wide angle and a tele. I thought they would screw into the original 50mm on the C3 but they screw directly into the body. Included was an accessory view finder with wide angle and tele frame lines. Once they are screwed in there is no focus or aperture adjustment. I can find no info on Avigon. Anybody have any info ?

I have a similar set of these lenses. While mine are marked Argus, I have seen other names, although Avigon is new to me. These were made for the various C3 models and the Autronic, Automatic 35 lines. The instructions for my set state that these install onto the 50mm lens after the removal of the filter retaining ring.

Ahhh, the light dawns...Thank you, I removed the filter retaining ring and viola! The aux lenses attach and function. Again thank you so much
