Hope this is the correct forum for this question: I found an Airesflex Z with Nikkor lenses in great condition except that the shutter and aperture selector levers are frozen, something I'll be working on shortly. I also found a $20 Z with bad Zuiko lenses as a parts source. The two cameras have different flash sync ports - the parts one has a standard PC connector but the Nikkor one has a similar connector with a single male spring-loaded contact in the centre. This looks familiar but I can't place it and it's surprisingly difficult to find any illustrations or references on line. I've attached a picture - can anyone identify it, and would it be simpler to replace it with the PC one from the other camera? Any help will be much appreciated.

On closer inspection I notice there are two small rods bridging the inside and outside contact points - could this be the male end of an ASA connection?
