Attaching Pictures Help!

I'm trying to attach images and have real problems.
I upload to flickr, make sure the size is 200K or less
and still no images is showing up.

this is not working for me.

I checked in FAQ and it only stated the size limitation.

Please Help

I have been having difficulty posting replies to threads since Microsoft dis-improved my internet experiance to IE9 🙁


Edit: Sorry not really relavent here but at least I got it to work (turned off WYSIWYG (SP?))
