Hmm, the one at $199 has speeds off though... so probably the $1XX of a competent CLA should be added to it.
Then, maybe speeds are not THAT off :)
 
I'd send it to Mark Hama. He's a wiz with Japanese cameras, and doesn't charge an arm and a leg. Then you'd end up with a GREAT shooter for probably less than $300. :angel:
