Just want to do a big shout out to anyone who is being affected by the fires at the moment. Yesterday has been a terrible day and we havent made it to summer yet.
I spend a lot of time climbing and hiking in the effected areas in the Blue Mountians and many of the places have an enormous amount of fuel around after the two wet summers we have had.
I hope everyone stays safe out there this summer with what we can only expect to be a bad fire season.
I have freinds in the areas who have lost homes yesterday but thankfully they are safe and homes can be rebuilt.
My thoughts are with all the people out there returning today to find they have lost everything they own.
