As I wrote in my blog post today, autumn colors is kind of a cliché subject to photograph but it’s very hard to resist all those wonderful leaf colors this time of the year.

Here is a set of those colors:

Most of them are shot with Nokton 40mm as you probably can figure out from the funky bokeh in some pictures. Only couple of pictures are taken with 15mm Heliar.

Very nice photos. I like the fall year but our fall colors are slow this year it seems. Even in the mountains. Might be that we are still in mid to upper 80's in Oct. and in a drought.

Nice photos. I am a fan of the fall color thing, maybe thats becuase we have such a short fall here in Montana.

If you don't mind me asking, what program do you use to create pages like that? I really like that style of presentation. I'm new/novice with the whole page building thing, but I like to keep working at it.

Cheers

I liked the photos and I would not worry to much about cliches too much. You are right about the 40 Nok and it's bokeh in some of the photos. Falls colours are hard to resist doing, I tried some the other day.

I use Picasa2 to organize my photos and a plug-in called Autoviewer to generate web galleries.

Lovely photos -- Like Gid, I especially like #20/24, the benches, and also #24/24, the toadstools.

As GB Hill has said, the leaves have not really begun to turn around here, and with the lack of rain over the summer time I'm unsure how brilliant the colors will be. It may be a very quick leaf season.
Very nice!
