I treasure sites like https://visualsciencelab.blogspot.com and http://theonlinephotographer.typepad.com/the_online_photographer/blog_index.html because they give me new material frequently. Understandably, a number of bloggers are adding new material to their sites less frequently decreasing the amount of time I can avoid work with a morning scan of the internet photo world. I’m asking all of you to recommend web sites that will delay my working day - and, of course, to avoid being called self-centered and selfish, delay everybody’s working day.

I try to never let on that my "research" each morning is actually procrastination. Thanks for the visualsciencelab link, I've bookmarked it.
I like to scroll thru the LUF Photo Forums, in particular People, Street Photography, Nature & Wildlife, Sports & Leisure Time.
I can spend a couple hours, easily, viewing images made by others each morning, I mean "doing research" each morning.
Best,
-Tim

Note: I just googled this, so I make no claim whether or not they are “morning procrastination worthy.”

http://leicaphilia.com/ is always worth the effort. Subject matter varies and a good bit is not to be taken seriously but I can't imagine anyone else getting me to read Schopenhauer.
And while he's abrasive and not always to my taste, http://blakeandrews.blogspot.com/ is occasionally a gem. He doesn't update very often.
