Hello RFF, I'm back from a short trip to Istanbul, decided to focus on people this time (but cows in forests are still very fascinating). Here are few photos, hope you gonna like it.

f/8, Neopan 400.

Nice, solid work, Jan. 4. and 8. are my faves but all are good. Rollei 35 is a great tool for this kind of photography.

Jan, I see that you visited istanbul again and returned back with prettly nice captures! Great collection, inspired me...I am in Turkey, back to my home country after 7 years abroad...I have not settled yet so I can not start photographing. Keep posting.

Yes, I'm returning there more and more often. Next time I hope for longest possible time (90 days visa). I'm glad you like it.
Zeno, "orwell mood" is one of my favourite compliments to hear, thank you.

Wonderful pictures! I'm wondering about a few things. Did you use the meter in the camera? What film is this? What lens does the SE have?

Thanks Vic! I guessed exposure, but meter in Rollei in general used to confirm my intuition. Its Neopan 400 in Rodinal 1+50, scanned with V500 @4800dpi, adjusted in PS, sharpened, scaled down to 3200px, sharpened, scaled down to 800px and sharpened a little bit more. SE come with Sonnar 40/2.8 with HFT coating. at f/8 its told to be one of sharpest lenses in 35mm format.

Love all the images, Jan. It seems like that Rollei focal length is perfect for you. I love the variety you're achieving with it. I don't have an SE, I just have a Singapore made one with a Tessar lens, but I love it.

I really like #8 in the original post.

Here's a something I made with mine.
