I prefer a real darkroom but now must make do with an Epson R2400. I am actually very happy with the outcome. The only weakness is my lack of Photoshop skills.

Keith, I would be interested in the source for bulk inks that might save some money. And BTW, I love the IIIF.

I do not have any concerns about the longevity of the prints. Digital prints do have their place. I scan and print images to save time and to see if the image is worth printing on silver. The funny thing about all of this is I used to think that printing in the darkroom was expensive. Now it is the cheapest way to get your work on paper. It costs less for a sheet of silver coated paper than one of similar quality for your inkjet printer. Interesting, huh?
