There is something slightly peculiar about Fuji X100 availability that makes me weary of buying one.
In my local classified there are five X100s with credible sellers (asking for local pick up) and good offers while all my local camera stores are out of stock... This can only mean one thing, the scare stock was another marketing ploy to feed the hype of X100, or simply Fuji did not make enough of them knowing that sooner or later people will see that the proverbial emperor has no clothes... Whatever the reason the upcoming Fuji X10 seems more appealing on the lower end and of course Nex7 on the high-end of mirror-less cameras. X100 will be remembered for bringing back the viewfinder but also leaving a bad taste with obscene marketing shenanigans by Fuji.
