I recall reading somewhere that this is not too difficult to do. Where are the adjustments screws on a IIIf located? Can anyone point me to a thread? Thanks.
Horizontal on a IIIf is on the front face - that little screw next to the viewfinder window is actually just a cover. unscrew that, and inside there's a small screw that adjusts the rf horizontally.
just be careful here, it's easy to poke a small screwdriver int he hole and miss teh screw, and poke around in your rf mechanism. not good.
Test rolls showed everything was working properly, including the slow speeds, except the RF was causing me to focus behind.
I did this today during the RFF 'blackout' and it was not difficult at all. I just calibrated against the Bessa. Saved the IIIf a trip to the spa, for now.
