BB King - RIP

I had the great experience of seeing him play here in Seattle a few times and once in Dallas while visiting my former wides family.
One of the super uber great men of our time. (of any time)

Don't forget Albert (no relation) Chester Arthur Burnett, Koko Taylor and I'll bet the music is SWEET in heaven indeed.

First time I saw BB was in 75 (home on leave) in a very small place. I think I saw him 3 times over the years.

And how could I forget Robert Johnson, Willy Dixon and McKinley Morganfield...DOH...

And John Lee!

Of all the stars, actors, musicians and dancers I worked with, BB King is the only one I ever asked for an autograph. Being a gentleman, he obliged, asking one of the other members of our crew (chiz) to hold Lucille while he did so.

Great man. Great talent.
