I stumbled on this article in a blog called "this is money". The defamation laws are alive and well and living in cyberspace.

Incidentally the site has a quite good section on topics dealing with Paypal, eBay etc. See the list of articles at the bottom of the above page.
I always try to be scrupulously fair and accurate in my feedback - hard sometimes given the few words allowed.,,,,but truth is a defence to defamation in law. I wonder if eBay has anything about "contracting out" of right to sue for people signing up to sell on eBay. If not maybe they should consider this.

Anything called 'thisismoney' seems to me to place more emphasis on the cash nexus than I do. As does eB, which is one reason I've never used them.
