The Great Swamp National Wildlife Refuge, Harding Township New Jersey.
This house, which was last occupied about seven years ago, sits on the edge of a government-owned wildlife refuge. It was in only slightly better condition, when its last occupant, Omar, a floral designer and church sextant, had to leave because he'd lost his job due to a drinking problem.
A few months ago, the Fish and Wildlife Serive of the US Department of the Interior slapped their sign onto the building. This week, the heavy equipment arrived at its doorstep, almost certainly signally that the end is near.
