Being thrown off

For several weeks now, I have been thrown off the RFF server every few minutes, forcing me to log in again. This does not happen on other web sites. It happens at arbitrary times and intervals.

Yes, I can't log in sometimes, and other times can't stay logged in to reply, these past several weeks.

You could try deleting your RFF-related cookies and logging in again.

Are you using firefox? This has been happening to me too, I think it's a security update. Something about not keeping cookies at all...

I've been on Firefox alone for a while now. Linux.

Reset the cookie Mukul.

It happened when I migrated to Opera from FF. If you are on Linux, have a look at it. It's much lighter than FF. And, works better in my opinion.

And, just in case you like to live life on the edge, the FF 3.1 Beta is out. It's faster than any browser I have used so far.

I've had similar issues since upgrading IE from 7 to 8.

I get thrown off routinely when wanting to post a comment or PM a seller in the classifieds.

Somebody decided to help me fighting GAS, I guess.

I have no problems with Chrome, IE8 or FF, except FF keeps crashing every 20 minutes no matter where I am.

I can report no problems with RFF using Safari.

This does not seem to be a browser related problem. It happens with all the browsers I have, in both Linux and Windows; and nothing of the sort happens on other sites.

Have done all I could with cookies, but the problem remains. It sems unlikely that my connection to the Net is the culprit: I have no trouble on other sites.

Strange things happen on the internet sometimes. Lately I've been getting nonsensical emails from somebody going by the name of Uthappam and talking about "girls from the eastern tribal areas". I wrote him that I was only interested in talking genuine Leica. He claims that they're the real thing, red dot and all.

good suggestion - this has always been the problem when I have troubles staying logged onto sites.

If I dont click it I get thrown off rff....
