Bessa II with APO Lanthar variants

Hey, were there variants on the Bessa II with the APO Lanthar lens?

So far, I think I've seen:

1. with accessory shoe, frame mask and two red windows in the back

2. with accessory shoe, no frame mask, one red window in the back

3. no accessory shoe, no frame mask

Can anyone confirm or provide information that all these variants officially existed?
