Bessa III - Very Limited Production!

Hi All,

My usually reliable source tells me that the production for the Bessa III is going to be 100 units only.

Not sure what the wait will be for another production run, so if you haven't got your order in yet - run - don't walk - to your nearest dealer and get your order in - otherwise you might miss out!

I will confirm what Brendan aka Magpie wrote...

500 units have been made as the Fuji 670... and 100 units have been made as the Bessa III. A total of 600 in all.

But the good news is there may be another production run of Bessa III's made at some point... if there is enough demand.

My source is the same as Brendan's and our source got his information directly from Cosina.

I actually was told about this yesterday, but I guess it did not seem important enough to pass on to everyone here. I just want to know when I am getting my Nokton 50/1.1!

Wow ... so the travelling Bessa here in Oz will be one of 100 cameras.

As soon as I get my hands on it I'm off to Brazil!

If it were digital with a 6x9cm or smaller Fuji sensor, there would be little problem selling this cam.

No, 5000 for the GF670. Add a zero both of your numbers and you are getting more realistic.
