Hi folks,
Just when I thought "An R and an R2 - do I really need both of them?" it happened.
I just finished a film, and wanted to put a new one in oit then I realized I couldn't wind it back a bit as the was no resistance although the shutter was cocked.:bang:
I saw that the rewind button was still pressed and noticed it did not move up when I cocked the shutter. I could get it up with tweezers and then it was possible to press it lightly and the spring returned it. But as soon I meant serious business it remained down there.
the button still rotates when I cock the shutter, so the connection is there.
Is there an easy fix or does it need serious work?
Would also welcome hints from European members who know good and not to costly repairshops.
Best regards Des
