Bessa R2A Top Cover Removal

Hey, I'm new to this forum because I recently got my first rangefinder camera, the Bessa R2A. I got it really cheap because it has some issues.
How do I remove the Top Cover? I think I did all necessary steps but I don't know how to remove the lever which is under the the rewind knob.
I searched all over the Internet and found an old Topic in this forum where someone posted a PDF of removing the Top cover. But it's not online anymore.
Can someone help me with this?

Could it be a "C" clip? Small, black, and not very noticeable.
I use the correct pliers but they can be POPPED off with a small screwdriver.

When I say POPPED, they will go to the same dimension as all the lost socks go and will never be seen again!
