Well-known
Francisco, I own a Hexar RF and a M6ttl (both bought new some years ago) to which I added a R2M several weeks ago. To be quite honest, if I'd got the Bessa first, I probably never would have bought the other two. In the hand I think it's a terrific camera, the viewfinder is bright and the finish is excellent. Loading film is a breeze. I bought mine from Cameraquest because Stephen offers free world wide shipping to RFF members on orders over $600. I couldn't resist buying one of the 250 Jahre anniversary sets, $1099 which includes the collapsible M mount 50 Heliar (the R2M on it's own is $669 so that makes the lens a snap at $430 and even less factoring in the free shipping). Yes there is an aura about owning a Leica but in the end it will never take a better photo than a "lesser" camera using the same glass. Enjoy the R2M.

R2M is generally more expensive becos its a full mechanical camera...thats what i think
