Bessa with Nikon mount

Just a quick question....

I have bought the R2 S Bessa and come to like it a lot as a more modern complement to my older Nikon S2 & S3 cameras but still with the beauty of a traditional rangefinder camera vs all my more modern Nikon cameras all the way up to D80. But - are there other older Bessa models with the Nikon mount !?

As far as I know, the R2S is the only Bessa in Nikon rangefinder mount. It didn't sell well, so there doesn't seem likely to be another anytime soon.

OK - so no need then to keep an eye out for other Bessa bodies then and I just have to take good care of my Bessa R2s!!

Yeah.... that´s of course something to think of but there are a few good lenses I want also, and then I am looking out for a good Nikon SP, and then..... yeah, well I guess you know the feeling !?!
