Is there a definitive answer? I remember reading about someone who had test 2 or 3 somewhere on RFF but I haven't been able to find their post again, anyone care to enlighten me?

For me, it is the 1978 issue Summicron-R 35mm f/2. Why? Because I have it, it works brilliantly, and I'm not buying any others. ;-)

I think I paid $1100 or so for this one in almost-new condition, with box, case, and papers.
