Hi Adam!

It's a "found" photo, absolutely not posed, the girl was fast asleep :) There is a yearly meeting of enthusiasts of old American cars in Sweden called Powermeet. People cruise around in their cars and drink beer and have fun. I guess this girl was just tired and had enough! But the car was driving around with her like that.. Hehe, quite wild :D

what a fun, fun series. most of those shots could have been made here. all of those kids sporting converse all stars; i wore those 50 years ago; they are VERY popular nowadays over here, too.

It was a very rewarding event. I saw pictures everywhere all the time, quite exciting when you get into the "mood" and capture it with your camera. For once I felt I succeeded!

I used a Canon 5D Mark II with manual Olympus OM Zuiko 28mm f/2 lens (almost all shots, also had the Zuiko 50mm f/1.4 MC and a Zuiko 100mm f/2.8) . Raw files developed in Camera Raw and filtered through Silver Efex.

It really is a global world now! Both good and bad, I guess. The uniqness kind of disappears...

I have too large feet to wear Converse ;) I mostly use my New Balance sneakers when I'm out snapping!
