Best RAW developer for Panasonic GX1

I'm a jpeg-only shooter. Prior to going digital I used Kodachrome almost exclusively. I use the same editing process in digital as I did with transparencies - no, no, yes, no...etc. . Nikon and Fuji give me what I want and I'd like to include the Gx1 in that array but I've always been discouraged by the color cast on the GX1. I'd be grateful for any advice on a simple jpeg fix or an easy to use raw converter. Thoughts?

I think as an overall digital workflow and RAW conversion package, that Lightroom cannot be beaten! Especially for a more film oriented point of view, I think it offers the best in streamlined simplicity and power. Also, the organization features have let me organize my images in a simple searchable database with no hassles in setup. If you go with Lightroom, you will quickly appreciate it! Adobe maybe the dictator of image editing, but they did this right all the way!

As an alternative to Lightroom, DxO is pretty good. I find it works with my mental workflow better than lightroom does, but I think lightroom is the more powerful tool.

Thanks for that. I've never tried DxO. I'll have a look.
I've been working like a dog for the last couple of weeks but I've been carrying the GX1 along with the rest of the gear to the jobs and using it where it felt appropriate. There has been some luck using the Kelvin setting instead of auto or any preset WB. What I need is either a week off or an assignment where I can use it exclusively and just drive the thing.
Observation. WB swings to red with under exposure. Interesting.
