Best USA CLA for a Nikon F2

I just want it to get a good going through. Who is good, prompt, reasonable with Nikon F2s, non-metered?

For covering is cameraleather.com the only game or does Nikon still supply reasonably-priced original coverings?

Well I've heard great things about Sover but the UK is a rather uncivilized place these days with all that rioting... I think I will send it to Pete Smith since he also has a good rep and he responded to my email within a couple of hours) and that is lightspeed compared to most camera repair places I've worked with!)
