Alas, my weeks obsession is ending, my budget not great enough.

I hoped that some how I would be the only person on earth to see this auction, I bet it goes for what I feared it would, over $600, when I first saw it.

Anyone looking for a nice IVSB2 with 50/1.5, 135/3.5 and a bunch of nice goodies? The seller replied to me saying all is wonderful with this kit.

Good Luck if you bid.

Oh yeah, should someone wish to buy this and part with the 50/1.5 I am willing to help you with that "problem."

rover...what a great idea. buy the kit, keep the 50 and then sell everything individually. maybe get back your investment. ya never know...

$610

I thought about buying the kit and selling off what I didn't wan't, but knowing myself, I would have wanted to keep it all. I think someone got a nice deal on this one.

It's just been bid too high! The Canon 50mm F1.5 is benefitting from all of our talk about it. A year ago a knob wind Canon with the lens went for under $300. It will settle back down to Earth. The Nikkor 5cm F1.4 went through the same thing after Dante Stella's write-up on it. I love my Nikkor's, but the Canon 50mm F1.4 renders a very pleasing photo with less-harsh OOF areas.

I'll take the Tewe finder!

I have one of the Tewe finders, and they are very well made. If you find a nice example, it is worth buying as a user. I believe the market for these is in Europe, more than the US, but I could be mistaken. Anyway, a quality product.
