I have the Domke F8 and it holds:

Leica M7/35 cron
Fuji Klasse W
Lumix LX5

quite well. Side pouches have film, batteries, and hoods. Front pouch holds wallet and iphone.

Any other Domke that is very similar to the F8, in terms of padding and construction, similar dimensions, that would allow for another M body?

I really like the F8. It's near perfect for what I'm carry these days.

Bags I do have are Retro 5, A&A 7100, and Domke F803. These bags I consider too deep.

Can't think of one exactly like what you're asking for. An F6 would probably be the right size though, you'd lose the side pockets (but get a much bigger zippered front pocket and bigger flap and rear pockets), and lose the padding on the sides- but it comes with one adjustable 4 compartment insert, and if you add the smaller padded insert next to it, you'll fill up the bag and have plenty of padding, and enough space.
My F6 will easily take 2 M bodies w/ lenses (depending on the lens), a barnack, a flash, extra lens(es), and my E-P3 in the main compartment, with the front pouch free for all the other "stuff" that always ends up in the bag.

(I usually don't carry quite that much w/ me though. )

as always, YMMV.

I would also recommend the F6. Yes, you lose pockets and padding, but with a 2-well insert you could easily accommodate 2 Ms with lenses attached, the Lumix and the Klasse. You could add pouches, if desired, to accommodate more film, gadgets, etc.
