Anyone know how to get the M7 to be like Bill's? I'm wondering how he got the MP top and rewind knob:

the original thread should be in the archives, but i remember that the top plate is from the m6 ttl millenium. dag might have had the other fittings...not sure how the shutter speed dial and on/off switch got black paint, though.

I think dealers can request choices other than the "standard" a la carte options.
PS. Don't go for "Lizard Look Black" skin from Leica if you want to actually use your camera. My M7 with it is showing wear from where the plastic strap clips rub it, after only two years of carry about.
