That's very kind. It's also a reminder that after throwing it together with whatever was around a good many years ago, I should update and clean up the picture selections. Like most of us, I never look at my own website.

I just had a look at the web site and enjoyed it very much.
If you haven't already posted about such things, I would find it fascinating to learn the following:
How you interpreted assignments / briefs, and how much freedom you were given to do so.
Whether you were noted for any particlular style, and if so, whether this was something that Editors would expect (or demand!) in your work. Did this become an asset or liablility over time?
How you balanced the moral / ethical issues you faced.
What you looked for before you pressed the shutter.
How you dealt with pre-conceived ideas regarding subject matter? Both yours and those of whom you were shooting for.
Obviously there's a lot above, and all this is dependent on your time. But as I said at the start, I (and I'm sure many others) would find this very interesting.
Thanks,
John

Brings back memories..
Just had a quick look at your site.
I was brought up in Belfast and was in my teens in the 70s during the worst of "the troubles". The "Children of war NI" section brought memories and emotions flooding back - not all of them good.
It amazes me that even now these pictures can evoke such strong feelings, and I was not "involved" in anyway, but lost a few good friends during that time.
Excellent images, capturing the essence on the time.
