Billingham Hadley Pro or The Artisan & Artist ACAM-7000

I got a few extra coin in my pocket. I have always admired these bags. But I can't choose. I would pretty much use it for an M body with 2 or 3 extra lenses with a Fuji 10 roll film case. I know that both would both fit the bill. Anyone looked at both and decided on one?
PS I already have the Army surplus bag with Domke insert. But these coins are burning a hole in my pocket for a Billingham or an A&A bag.

Thanks for the word. I have not seen either in the flesh. One shop in town carries Billinghams. Did not have the Pro when I stopped in. No one carries the A&A.

i got a hadley small for christmas and it holds an m6 with 35mm attached, about 10-12 rolls of 35mm, a rolleicord and 120 film in the front pockets.

The Hadley Pro will easily fit what you want and maybe the Hadley Small too. I’ve got the Pro and having seen the A&A bag in a shop I think the Pro is the superior bag. Even the Pro is not a large bag to carry and having used it for travel it’s nice to have a bit more space for inevitable extra stuff. The zip pocket at the back, carry handle, snug fitting top flap and quick access tabs make it a great bag to work from. It cured me of bag GAS. If possible, try them out in a shop.

The Hadley Pro is perfect for what you describe. There is a good review on Youtube with a M9 and lenses.

Good advice so far. Can't really add much.

I sold my last DSLR 6 months ago to buy the Pro. Perfect bag for my carry of the M3 with lens, R4 with lens and motor drive and the III F with lens. Lots more room for film, cleaning supplies, moleskine notebooks, Ipad (when I get one), paperwork/documents, and that doesn't even begin to fill the two expandable pockets.

So you see it can carry a lot. The handle is the one item that I would not do without and why I selected it over the Leica Combination bag.🙂

I received my Billingham Hadley Pro last night. I tried out putting my M2 with lens attached. I also fit 3 more lenses in it. I'm very impressed. Then I put my Nikon FM3A with lens attached and Hassy with 80mm attached. I think I'm really going to like this bag. My wife now wants one for her daily commute because it looks so nice.

I'm using Billingham Hadley Pro. I can say I use it for M and 2-4 lenses and lightmeter or Hasselblad 503cx with 80 & 150 & lightmeter, or M and Rollei GX and lighmeter. Pockets are for shades, film, batteries, whatever. It's a universal bag, you'll never regret.
Forgot to say, you can place a small notebook (I use MacBook) between two back wall units.

I've got the Hadley (not the Pro - which I think has the extra handle) and can carry anything from my M6TTL and/or M4-P + 4 lenses + film to my Hasselblad 500c/m + 80mm f2.8 + 150mm f4 + film + Minolta AutoMeter IVf. It is a proper little "tardis" and very well made.
