I wanted to buy using the Bing discount on Ebay/Paypal, but reading the Microsoft agreement leaves many questions. For example, they give themselves the right to download software and maintain the software. What is that about? You must abide by all their rules and regulations. Well, who can possibly ready the whole agreement and understand it? My business attorney might.

I've had no problems either. Have used Bing and also Live before it. Saved a bundle.
