Hello All-
Looking for information about the life of Barnack. What I've found so far is the basics - dates of birth and death, poor health leads to a desire for a smaller camera, joins Leitz, cine film expoure testing leads to the UR-leica, later prototypes, 1925 Fair to announce production of Leica, evolution of original design, death in 1936....
What else do we know about the man, his life, his family, etc. Any more info. ideas for sources, books, web-sites, experts, photos, etc. would be greatly appreciated.
