I got a black one (I think it's an MG1, but I don't have it in front of me), and put in a battery, and it seemed to preliminarily test out fine. I popped the hood, adjusted the RF, blew a little compressed air in there to get the cobwebs out.
Now I press the shutter button, and all that happens is the switch to allow film advance trips. The shutter will trip if I stick a screwdriver down in the body of the camera (with top off), but the shutter button does nothing.
I considered taking it apart and finding the problem, but that prospect kind of scares me. Anyone have any idea of what I might be looking at to fix this thang? I really want to use it, as it is super clean otherwise.
