blackberry or iphone?

The iPhone kills every other phone on the market in terms of interface and applications. From what I hear, coverage/dropped calls is a huge problem in the US though. Mine works perfectly, but your mileage may vary.
The Blackberries I've used have been painfully hard to control, and the keyboard does nothing for me as it's the same size as my phone's, and doesn't have the invaluable if sometimes sketchy autocorrect feature.

I had blackberries for years. Moved to iPhone for apps. Discovered that email management was MUCH better on blackberries -- you could eliminate something from your phone and not from your laptop and vice versa. Not the case with iPhones.
This was before blackberry's challenging times, so I can't tell you about current comparison.

I use a DTEK-60, which is Android with some 'Blackberry-ish' additions like a pseudo-Hub.


I liked their own, now obsolete, BB10 system, but that has a very limited range of apps that it can run.

blackberry or iphone?

Around Vancouver the wild blackberry bushes are growing fruit and ready for picking in a few weeks.

I found an old BB phone in electronics recycling bin of our building a few weeks ago. Back in the bin it went, unlike the POS Nikon OneTouch compact zoom that I savagely disassembled and scavenged for screws.

A few weeks ago I found an original Nintendo Gameboy that I fixed up and sold for $30.

Mmmm... picking blackberries warmed by the summer sun... cant wait.

Their phones may be a thing of the past, but their QNX software is widely used in the automotive industry for infotainment systems. Audi, BMW, Toyota, FCA, Ford etc. all use QNX.

For me, the shining star of the iPhone is the integration with all the other Apple devices in the house. My wife can enter an appointment on her phone and it is automatically on my computer, my iPad and all the other devices. Certainly it's got good quality, I'm not a big fan of the iOS but it's what you get. If you have a pad, there won't be much of a learning curve.

They still make BlackBerry phones? I'be had IPhones and love them but when my 6 something died i bought an android. Why? Because IPhones are ridiculously expensive. Buy an IPad and you can do everything you can with an iPhone and more plus it's a lot cheaper.
