Well, just had a browse on ebay for FSU gear, and my word, has it got a bit spendy. Makes me glad I stocked up a few years ago when you could pick up lenses for sod all with a free camera body thrown in
Anyway, after a few years shooting medium format, I've dug out all my 35mm stuff again. Zorki 4 and Kiev all runnig nicely, but one of the Kiev mount Jupiter 8s lens feels loose within the body, just a very slight movement when changing aperture. Is this normal or or does something need adjusting? Just to be clear, this is the lense moving as a unit within the body.
Cheers

I agree, fsu gear is ridiculously expensive. I doubt I'll be buying anymore. Like you,I'm glad I bought my camera's & lenses 5 years ago when they were dirt cheap.

You are right,
You are right,
I've been out of the market for a while but cruising through the ads recently, I was amazed at some asking prices - J3 for instance (gasp) and try to buy a reasonably priced Orion 28mm! I'm glad I bought a few years ago; I think my first Kiev 4 cost me around $30 and its still going strong! Cheers
