These are some more from my "six months on the Daytona Beach boardwalk" series. http://bobmichaels.org/boardwalk-intro.htm

I photographed there just about every weekend from January to July in 2005 as I sensed significant changes coming. I was correct.

Personally I am not into the "what camera, what lens, what film" thing. But for those of you who are, this series was shot entirely with a Mamiya 7, 80mm & 50 mm lenses, and Fujichrome Astia.

The fellow holding the girl, asked as I snapped their picture, "Do you want her?" As I was walking with my wife, I could only think to say, "No thanks, I already have this one." Fortunately Mrs. thought this was funny and I live to snap another day.

The piercing experts at Seaside conferring on technical issues. The loops you see on the bearded fellow's ears are not earrings. He has stretched his piercings rather prodigiously; those are his earlobes.
