just to let everyone know, I've been working on fixing the printing issue for the several days
I've determined that the file that Lulu is using is perfectly fine.. the issue is definitely caused by their printing procedure.. I have informed them that we are all dissatisfied with the print quality, and told them they need to fix it and send out replacement copies to those who have placed orders so far
they have assigned a 'job ticket' to investigate it, and say they will get back to us within a few days
I'll keep everyone informed as more information comes in
