Off the clock on his own time, Boris Yaro unexpectedly got the pics of a lifetime with a Nikon FTN and 28mm Nikkor. A consummate professional, he helped set a very high standard for newspaper photojournalism.
BTW, the famous pic of Lee Harvey Oswald being shot at the Dallas Police station was taken with a Nikon S3 and 35/2.5 Nikkor.
