checked the weather forecast and a new deep freeze is moving in for christmas...time to try some table top shots!

manfrotto mini ball head...plenty big for my fujis..goes on top of my manfrotto 190 tripod.

For a small camera this should do the job. In case you want to put something more substantial on your tripod, I'd recommend the ReallyRightStuff medium ball head. Reaaally nice craftsmanship.

i'm on a budget...

I have the mini Manfrotto to go with the small table top legs. It holds a Leica M and some pretty heavy lenses, or an NEX with really heavy Leica R telephotos. For the price I haven't seen better

it will do a fine job for my needs...the cameras are lightweight and if i ever leave the house with it then i'll be able to carry it...easily.
