I got this camera from a good friend across the other side of the country, and figured it was good to use while wearing gloves. Good thing, because it was 22F/-6.5C while I shot this roll of film. Click on the link at the end to see the entire set, along with full commentary.

The bars were added much later to keep idiot tourists from falling in.

Just another abandoned place to fill out the film roll.

22? That's shirtsleeve weather. Nice shots. I really like the railroad stuff in the set.

It's been close to 50 degrees here lately, barely need to wear a shirt, and a lot of dirty, slushy snow ...

Most of my body can handle it with no problems, Mike but my fingers are another matter.

22F is too cold for me. I hate the cold weather. Phil you got some nice shots. I'm starting to set aside a few $$ to make a road trip in the spring. Strongly considering a trip along 220. I remember a few spots around Rocky Mount I want to shoot along with some other spots along the way.

I know some guys that wear shorts even when its blistering cold outside. I bet you fall into that category. :D

No, but I laugh at those that do. Mostly high school kids.

22 doesn't seem that cold to me because earlier in the month the temps here were 40 degrees colder than that. So I suppose it's just what you get used to.

Nice pictures, PF. :)

Which lens is on your Paxette ?

The Staeble-Kata 2.8/45, Frank. I haven't been able to correctly date the manufacture year because of conflicting information from various sites as to what lens is on what body, and when. Could be the S-K was toward the end of the run.

Let me know when you come, Greg.

Looks like it does a nice job... many web-resources don't have much praise for it... I've got a couple for the Super-Paxette.
