Broken Zorki?

Less than a week ago I've received a Zorki 4 from Fedka, today, testing it, while advancing film after a shot I've heard like if I shot the camera, the film doesn't advance anymore, I take out the film and try to load a new one: impossible, the film doen't advance, the shutter speed is blocked between B and 15... Is there any hope it will work again?

Yes, Marsopa, it will live 🙂 These cameras are almost infinitely repairable.

I'm assuming you didn't do the two things which can damage a Fed/Zorki shutter - attempt to set the shutter speed before winding on or try to force the speed dial counter-clockwise past 1 second? If not, Fedka gives you 10 days grace, and in any case I'd contact him for a repair.

Check to see if the rewind release is set to "rewind"

Thanks, solved, DaveP you've got the key... novice fail , I just read a little of the user manual, I should noted that I rewinded the roll without problem, I don't know how I've managed to put it in rewind mode... Thanks
