Just received a bronica sq-a.
Looks great.
Unfortunately, not matter what I try, I can't get the thing to focus. With the prism finder on.
With no finder, I can focus on the screen, but with the prism on, no dice. Same with 3 different lenses.
Anyone familiar with these things have any advice?
Thanks,

This is from experience with Bronica ETRSi but I think it should be similar:
On the eyepiece of the finder you should be able to remove the rubber cup, there is a diopte adjustment glass there, or the normal eyepiece glass is inverted so nothing is in focus, I encountered both! Just unscrew a little screw if it's there and try reversing the piece of glass.

Is there by chance a correction diopter that was left on the prism?

There is no diopter on the prism.
This must be the problem. There is supposed to be a -1.5 diopter and there is none.
Great. Gotta find one before I've got a usable camera.
