Backstory: Brother Jed is a crazy, hyper-religious, hyper-conservative wacko who believes it is his life's destiny to force his (religious) opinions on the heathen damned who deserve hellfire and brimstone.
He speaks at Speaker's Circle (on the University of Missouri, Columbia campus) almost daily during the fall, and is going on a US "tour" up to Minnesota and then down to Florida and Alabama for the winter.
I grabbed a few pictures of Jed and his friends a few days ago, when the Antlers (a rowdy Mizzou sports teams fan club) took over speaker's circle for several hours and forced Jed's preachers to combat with the Antler's antics
The guy on the right was preaching about the moral evils of homosexuality, so naturally...
The girl in white is 17, while the one in blue is barely 14. They both are daughters of Brother Jed's fellow street-preachers
His sign reads: "Charles Bronson Starred in the Deathwish movie series just so you know okay." The parody signs aren't very common, but some individuals do toil in the heat with such signs for the hell of it.
