Just saw the Bruce Wrighton exhibit today after work over on 57th. Street in NYC. His images (the portraits in particular) are striking. He shot in large format. Well worth the time stopping in.
A word about Laurence Miller. I've spoken to the gallery owner on a few occasions and he's very approachable and a wealth of info. He's a personal friend of Friedlander and knew Winogrand. He is a true bastion to the photography world. When you speak with him you see this man truely loves photography.
