Are you sure you do not mean without click stopped f stops? Some lens aperature rings rotate smoothly from say an f stop of f1.5 to f16, others have a detent or "click stop that more or less clicks from f1.5 to f2.0 to f2.8 etc. Others are in 1/2 stop clicks.
If I am off base in my guess as to what you mean, sorry.

The CV 25/4 has click stop focus points as it is not rangefinder coupled. I assume you are reading about a different CV lens and they are referring to the 25's click stops.

The 25/4 is not rangefinder coupled, but has click stopped FOCUS points (at 1m, 1.5m and 3m) to make up for the lack of rangefinder coupling.
The 35/2.5 is rangefinder coupled, therefore it does not have click stopped focus points (which are not needed, because of the rangefinder coupling).
Both the 35/2.5 and the 25/4 have APERTURE click stops.

FWIW, the click stops on the 25/4 are great and I love using this lens, but this point is kind of off-topic as this thread is really about the 35/2.5 Classic, a great lens.
I figure the 35/2.5 should sell for about $150 used in good condition. It's $209 new on the Cameraquest site (which is a great price). Note that it is thread-mount. If you want to use it on an M-mount body, you'll need an adapter which will cost $55 new.

CameraQuest sells the 35/2.5 for $229 in black and $209 in silver. However, PhotoVillage is selling both colors for $209, if I'm not mistaken.
