So I put a new dress on sylvia... thanks to the splended coverings made by aki... and I wanted to be able to tie in my lens a little bit more w/ the colorings of the camera, so I was thinking of adding some black trim to the camera itself, to tie things together... I've got sources for powder coating at a reasonable price, or I could always pull something off myself if I felt the urge, so tell me, what do you think... should I add a little jewelry to beautify, or leave her as is to not butcher her?

If you think of something that might look good, do let me know!

that's the same one on mine.. I purchased it from a former rff user here, he put it on. The pictures looked quite bad, but in real life, it's actually kind of vintage looking. No idea on the other items, but if you decide to do it, make sure it matches the purse and boots 😛 😀

Yeah, the photos for some reason or other dont really show the covering well... I suppose If I were to become unlazy and shoot in available light rather then flash, much more desirable images would occur, but thats just too much...

I'm thinking that a nice black M grip would go well...

Dude, If you really want to beautify your M2 ditch the '70s strap that also doubles as a M2 top plate chrome scratcher! The powder coating will be a waste of time if those rings attaching the strap aren't covered.

ah, for sure the strap will at some point be replaced as it is too short for a man of 6'2", but I dont mind the scarring at all... I bought her to use and abuse her while making photographs... not to worry about dings and scratches. thanks for the heads up, though...

i think it looks nice in red🙂 a bit flashy a bit glittery and certainly noticeable but looks nice.

By the way, from your title i remembered that I still have to somehow take a few shots of that extremely beautiful freckled face redhair girl... working at the butchery 🙂 i'm not kidding...
